Our Story
We Believe Travel Changes Everything
Born from a love of adventure and a passion for storytelling
Chapter One Travel Services
Every Great Story Begins with Chapter One~
Chapter One Travel Services was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that travel is not just about the places you go — it's about who you become along the way. We started as passionate travelers ourselves, frustrated by cookie-cutter itineraries that missed the soul of a destination.
So we built something different. A travel agency rooted in deep listening, expert curation, and genuine care for every traveler we serve. From the first conversation to the final farewell, we are your partners in crafting experiences that feel less like a vacation and more like a turning point.
Today, we've helped hundreds of adventurers write their most meaningful chapters — and we're just getting started.

Meet Robyn
Your Chief Story Writer & Travel Concierge
Robyn Maloy believes that life’s best stories are lived out in the open air. As the Chief Author & Travel Concierge at Chapter One Travel Services, Robyn blends her deep love for global exploration with a passion for high-energy adventure, crafting custom travel experiences that are immersive, authentic, and unforgettable. For Robyn, travel is all about connection—immersing yourself in vibrant local cultures, tasting new flavors, and stepping outside your comfort zone. Whether she’s mapping out a bucket-list expedition across the globe or finding hidden gems off the beaten path, she designs every itinerary with a storyteller’s eye, ensuring every detail is seamless so her clients can focus entirely on the adventure. When she’s not curating dream getaways, you’ll almost always find Robyn outdoors. She’s an avid hiker, paddleboarder, and gardener who thrives on staying active and enjoying nature. A sports lover at heart, she’s always up for a game of volleyball or pickleball (and yes, she’s known to pack a paddle in her suitcase just in case there’s a court nearby!). Whether you’re seeking a serene nature retreat, a rich cultural journey, or an action-packed global escape, Robyn is ready to help you write your next great chapter.
